I had a sudden leak from the upstairs shower that traveled down to my garage. Erick showed up within the hour! After looking over the damage we went over everything in detail that he found as well as what the process for remediation would look like to prevent further moisture and mold. The KOS crew arrived the day of and immediately started working. The office was wonderful in helping with speaking to insurance and helping get payment from them. KOS Cleaning and Restoration came out and did a bid on water damage in my crawl space from a broken water sewer line. Tom came within the hour gave us the most fair bid. The team arrived shortly after to start working. We went with them as they explained in detail the work scope and approximate completion date. Work was done in a professional manner. This included removal of water and muck out. Install fans and humidifier until dry. Installed new vapor barrier. I'm a retired homeowner with 2 properties I know good work when I see it. Workers were knowledgeable and polite. l'd highly recommend this company.

We had 3 different companies come out to provide an evaluation for us. We went with KOS and the quote was free, they were right on time and super communicative! Tom personally called me throughout the process and kept me updated every step of the way. They truly make you feel like the most important person to them and as someone who deals with contractors every day, my husband and I can honestly say we were so impressed by their professionalism, attention to detail and quality of work. Tom was open and upfront about the steps that had to completed and their potential costs. Tom was knowledgeable about the why, what and how for the process. The crew was professional through and through. Constantly kept us up to date of what was happening. They were more than tolerant of the numerous questions that was asked. The company made special effort to make sure that our family was comfortable as we moved through the process and that included the field team as well as the office girls. I had an ongoing roof leak that I was not aware of until it resulted in mold growth on the inside of the attic space. KOS Restoration promptly responded to my call. Their estimator came out as scheduled, was very knowledgeable and gave a reasonable estimate. The restoration team arrived as scheduled and completed the work as anticipated. Everyone was very polite and efficient. I would highly recommend this company.

The KOS team really went above and beyond remediating my home after I had a pipe burst. They used protective plastic to cover all my belongings to make sure nothing else was further damaged. They were willing to answer all my questions, and I had a lot! They talked me through everything they were doing and made sure the work was up to par with my standards. They were able to extract at least 3 inches of standing water and even ripped up the damaged flooring the water caused all before the day was done. I told my friends and neighbors about this company and told them to call KOS if they have any problems, I highly recommend KOS. Such a great company!!!

So the morning after Thanksgiving, we woke to a completely flooded finished basement. Water POURING out of the water heater. Called K.O.S Restoration on a referral. Tommy and his team were at my home in 1 hr....5 men carefully and efficiently moving ALL the contents of 40 years up to my living and dining room while sucking up the water with the equipment, tons of professional fans, dehumidifers. They had to remove the paneling and sheetrock, ceiling tiles...my basement is down to the studs. This was completed by Saturday afternoon. It was a shocking and stressful situation and Tommy made us SO comforted and at much as ease as possible knowing the job would be handled correctly. He provided an insurance adjuster to work with and "held our hand" for the next 5 days enduring all was DRY, cleaned, and tested all areas fortunately free of mold. We have a long road of repairs ahead of us...but are so grateful for team KOS to get us to where we can do that. I pray you will not need this type of service, but if you do...there is NO ONE I would recommend higher that KOS. Five stars isn't enough!!
