Their findings prompted us to call our home inspector back to re-evaluate the situation. What truly stood out was their honesty and compassion. In an incredibly generous gesture, they loaned us an air purification machine free of charge while we coordinated additional work with another contractor. After looking over the damage we went over everything in detail that he found as well as what the process for remediation would look like to prevent further moisture and mold. The KOS crew arrived the day of and immediately started working. The office was wonderful in helping with speaking to insurance and helping get payment from them. KOS Cleaning and Restoration came out and did a bid on water damage in my crawl space from a broken water sewer line. Tom came within the hour gave us the most fair bid. The team arrived shortly after to start working. We went with them as they explained in detail the work scope and approximate completion date. Work was done in a professional manner. This included removal of water and muck out. Install fans and humidifier until dry. Installed new vapor barrier. I'm a retired homeowner with 2 properties I know good work when I see it. Workers were knowledgeable and polite. l'd highly recommend this company.
